We want every Lomare piece to feel exactly right. Not quite the fit or colour you expected? Returning or exchanging is simple, and we'll guide you through every step.
How it works
Three simple steps
Let us know
Email us at info@lomare.nl within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
Pack your items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging. We'll send you the return instructions and address by email.
Receive your refund
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

The details
Return window
You can return or exchange any EU order within 14 days after receiving your products. The return period starts on the day of delivery.
Condition of items
Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all labels attached. Trying something on at home is of course no problem.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or colour? Mention it in your email and we'll reserve the new item for you right away, so it's on its way as soon as your return arrives.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as it's processed.
